If you and Kunskapsförlaget are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiation, all other efforts to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively through binding arbitration as described in this section. You waive the right to litigate (or participate as a party or class member) any dispute in court before a judge or jury.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be resolved as follows:

In the event that you submit or publish ideas, creative proposals, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data, or suggestions—including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies, or campaigns— you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Kunskapsförlaget without any compensation or credit to you. Kunskapsförlaget and its subsidiaries have no obligations with respect to such contributions or posts and may use the ideas contained in such contributions or posts for any purpose in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, the development, manufacture, and marketing of products and services using such ideas.
From time to time, Kunskapsförlaget may run contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (Promotions) that require you to submit material or information about yourself. Please note that all promotions may be governed by separate rules that may include certain eligibility requirements, such as age and geographic location restrictions.
