El-Kretsen is a national collection system for electronic waste and batteries.

Together with all 290 municipalities in the country, a number of different recycling companies, and all the producers who support and fund the entire operation, we have built a system that truly makes a difference. 🌍

Recycling conserves the Earth’s resources by allowing us to reuse materials that have already been extracted once. Furthermore, the energy required for recycling is only a fraction of what is needed for mining, for example.

💡Even though we recycle a lot, we still have a ways to go before all materials and substances can be recycled back into their original form. We’re on our way there, but it requires further development—and that development starts in school.

Through our collaboration with Natur &Miljöboken, we hope to help spark curiosity and provide insight into why, what, and how we should collect and recycle electronic waste and batteries.
